And that's no joke!  I lived in NH for a long time and there were three gun shops on the way to the gym.  Guys would show off their latest assault rifles in the parking lot and I didn't know anyone who was not armed.

People seem to forget that History has cycles of power, natural shifts which sometimes takes hundreds of years. America has only been a superpower for 1.5 centuries...i'm sure the Turks/Greeks/Syrians felt invincible at some point but look at them now.

Realistically America will experience a huge power shift in the next century.
