Amazing guy, 6ft 3, probably about 230-240lbs (guessing), more shredded than gal, outstanding physique, strong as fuck, amazing genetics/structure.

Super, super nice fella, really chilled out, family man, very religious guy, never attitude, always helpful and polite.

He helped me out a lot with training and stuff.

I always suspected he was juicing cos no way I think he can be that impress, but he point blank told me he never has. ALWAYS SAID HE HAS BEEN NATURAL, GENETICS, GIFT FROM ABOVE ETC, SWORE ON FAMILY LIFE

NEVER THOUGHT IN MILLION YEARS HE LIE TO ME ABOUT THAT. NEVER HAD REASON TO DOUBT. NO POSSIBLE MOTIVE!

Anyway so today I am talking to gym rat/dealer to try and source me some Anavar and he said to me:

"Look I don't fuck around my shit is legit, tested...blah blah blah.......everyone use me...blah blah blah"

...then he dropped the bombshell"

"You can even ask "X" (drops my buddies name) he gets his shit from me"

I am like " You mean "X" from so and so gym etc, he's like "yep him, ask him what he think of my gear etc"

We talk training and diet all the time.

The actual conversation got started about how my arms not improved even in 8 months 1 millimeter.

He told me to lighten up weight 50% and focus on isolating muscle and very very strict form.

After 2 week I put on 1/2 inch on my arms doing it his way.

So we train and talk all the time.

Then I told him I wanna juice.
