Almost 3 weeks out from a small show

Getting back into it just for fun

Going keto for the next 2 weeks to tighten up everything a bit more

Feels good being back to 200lbs, I'll try to stay light afterward

the skin on stomach has that look of curtain, very little fat to go and youre ready.

if the legs and back are up to par with pecs,delts arms,abs then you will be hard to beat on show day.

Unfortunatly i can't, but i'll say i'm on low budget since i just bought a house so i didn't use much this time around

Also i didn't diet that much, maybe 5 days per week and for 2 days a week i ate whatever i wanted

I trained twice a day 5-6 days a week and that mainly burned fat by itself

I'm 5"11 !
Wheels are alright but i have long limbs so both my arms and legs are long and stringy
I'm able to pose my way out of it tho

I'll post full shots in the upcoming weeks !
