how do you split your bodyparts on 2 a days?
I just train in that order: legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms
when I'm done I start over so I train pretty much everything twice a week
when I work 16 hours shift, I don't train at all (once a week)
when I work 8 hours, I only train once time and I'll do cardio before breakfast
when I don't work, I train twice a day and I might even had some cardio depending on how I look and feel
