5. 34 yrs old 2weekers of 75mg tren ace and dianabol or anavar or stanozolol 40-50mg/d followed by 5 weeks off with PCT for a one year
6. 36 yrs old test  enan 500mg/w 10 weeks with pct
7. 37 yrs old test enan 500mg/w 10 weeks with pct
8. 38 yrs old test enan 500mg/w 10 weeks with stanozolol 50mg/d for 6 weeks with PCT
9. 39 yrs old test prop 250mg/w and tren ace 150mg/week for 8 months with 4 months PCT

As a physician, you definitely are taking more than the typical regimen for testosterone replacement (200-400 mg every 2-4 weeks; average of 100mg weekly). However, considering you have done 10 cycles in twenty plus years and your bloodwork pans out I suspect you will be fine. I know some dudes locally here in Florida who do what you do or more in a year. i honestly think that the majority of AAS abusers get in trouble when they go super high dose anabolics combined with illicit drugs (cocaine, heroin, etc) and concomitantly abuse NSAIDs. Those dudes get seriously fucked up. A buddy of mine easily did what you did with added clenbuterol, insulin, and then GH. He was also popping Ibuprofren like candy. He started throwing up and went to the ER. His kidney function was down to 3 percent and dialysis was initiated. Fortunately he got a renal transplant and is doing well and ironically is on the typical test replacement regimen I discussed initially in my post. IMO you are fine.
