Quentin Elias 39yrs well known here in NYC on the gym and club scene found dead in his
apartment of a apparent massive heart attack on Tuesday......he always claimed "NATTY"
R.I.P.....

Probably died from rec drug abuse + alcohol + eating fast food 5x a week for the calories. The steroids were the finishing touch.

What people don't look at is that these guys abuse everything. So it's normal they use androgens too. But the first compound the media focuses on is steroids. I never understood why. Not many "pure" steroid users have died. They all used something on top of it.

not sure of rec-drugs i know on his twitter page he said he was getting ready for a big photo shoot so im thinking the combo
of diuretics along with flying did him in....saw him at the gym many times and honestly i dunno at times he looked huge and other times he looked
tiny, but he was always super friendly. there was a rumor here in NYC that he had his LIPS done, he always denied that.

How do you become well known in the gym and club scene?

I mean, it makes sense when medical doctors are well known in their field for doing amazing work and presenting at conferences. Or any other profession for that matter.

But how do you become well known in the gym and club scene? Do you just go up to a lot of people and introduce yourself and say, "yo, this is my 5th time at this club" or "I train at this gym 7 days a week, I know everyone." Then from here on out, people start talking about you? $:-\$ $:-\$

he was the lead singer in a french boy band, and later started his solo singing career. he was always on the front of some paper or
magazine doing modeling, did alot of singing gigs here in nyc....so to see him at the gym he was sort of a celebrity....he also did a couple of solo
porn videos so the gay community had "REALLY" seen alot of him

French tv spoke about him last night. On a very recent video, he got the "zizz deasease", bloated, unhealthy, trouble to breath...rec+gear

it's been well documented that steroids cause the left ventricle of the heart to grow at a faster rate , of course your heart will grow from excessive heavy weight lifting but steroids acclerates it. Some MD's should chime in on this
