Yes, I use it regularly for lower back and legs. I do a lot of olympic lifting (cleans and most variants of full deep squats) and the foam roll helps a lot to loosen up tight spots in the muscles.

First thing clients do when they walk in the gym. 9 point roll for myofacial release.

My next ? to him was going to be "what's it called?" Cuz I'd like to go see it. I think it's not too far from LA.

I have several in my home gym, culminating with my favorite: a 3 foot piece of 4" sch40 PVC pipe. It cost $4 down at Home Depot.

I also have a $60 one that I got from EliteFTS with knobs all over it (no homo). I rarely use it.
