I'm leaning towards your advice. Highly doubt I could give up dairy forever. But an experiment for a few weeks to see if it's different without it won't hurt.

Exactly, and yes you can, I did the same 1.5 year ago. Sometimes, maybe once per month or two months I consume some dairy, like pancakes or milk in my coffee.

I'm lactose but as long as I eat strictly "drier" cheeses like sharp cheddar I'm good to go.  I've eaten high protein, high to moderate fat, and low to no carbs for the past year and I'm in the best shape of my life.

That includes at least a pound or two of cheese a week.  I love it.

I have no problems with dairy. Cottage cheese is one of my main protein sources. I think it's highly individual.

I love dairy...it's quick, convenient, and tasty.

And ice cream/pizza is one of my favorite things to cheat on.

I consume ZERO dairy. Haven't for several years

Between Almond Milk, Earth Balance Butter, and all the other dairy free products it's easy.

Dairy makes me sick and congested and clearly breaks my face out within 24 hours.

Whey protein is pretty much as dairy as you can get lol. If you cook milk in a saucepan eventually you will be able to remove the whey off the top of it!

Isn't Whey full of estrogens?

I agree, never cut it out intentionally.
Just never fancied it for a while, this thread made me think of it and realise it never made a blind bit of difference.

Cut it out 2 1/2 years ago. No sinus problems anymore, no congestion anymore!
