Well, here's the thing: At first when Shawn was announced as Second Place, everyone could be heard howling, but then after a few moments it turned to overwhelming 'BOOOOOOOOOOO's"
Even Lonnie Teper made a comment, sarcastically stating that everyone paid for their tickets so they should have a right to voice their opinions, but to make sure that everyone understood that ALL of the competitors were good.
As you can easily see, Dennis was NOT happy once the booing began. He was visibly pissed, as he should be, but once again, like Teper said, "everyone is entitled to their own opinions"
I personally like Shawns physique better, but Shawn has almost come out of nowhere.... I know he has history, but he also had a VERY LONG layoff...
meanwhile, Wolf has been busting his ass almost as if to say he should be rewarded just for all of his hard work. I have a hard time with his physique. He reminds me too much of Marcus Ruhl, which is entirely unfair of me to say, but unfortunately that's what pops in my head when I see him.
He has made drastic improvements, but he just doesn't have "that" look like Dorian, Flex, Ronnie, Shawn, Kevin and even Mike Francois had.
Something is just not proportionate, but then you could say the same thing about Kai and yet Kai places higher than he should (IMHO) ~
Kai should NOT have been vying for second place in the "O" ~ not in MY opinion! He has some wow factor bodyparts, but he's a hodge podge. He doesn't flow like Victor, Ronnie, Flex, Shawn...
Oh well. It is what it is. Let's see where it goes from here. I have no clue at this point what the Mr. O will look like this year. I can't see Rhoden taking it, I don't think Phil should have it, Roelly Winklaar has probably already looked as good as he is ever gonna look, Cedric sucks ass... Centopani is just... meh, Jay will be (rightfully) gone...
Who knows? Maybe the Mr. O will merge with Musclemania.... and Stan McQuay will win.... yeah, that's it
