Either way, necrosis is one of those canadians that vastly overestimates Canadas presence on the world stage.... no one cares about Canada, practically zero world influence. And it infuriates canadians to no end that no one takes them seriously or gives a flying fuck what they think.

Evidently, it was I who read his reply in haste. I am Canadian, but I've developed great disdain for how Harper has sullied our reputation internationally as a nation, by getting us into foreign entanglements that are none of our business. We used to be renowned as a neutral peaceful country. Harper comes across as the little fat kid who desperately wants a seat at the grown ups table and will sell out Canada to get it. Between Harper and Putin, I'd vote Putin. Despite whatever faults Putin may have, he seemingly has Russia's own interests at heart and is his own man. Can't say the same for Harper. Harper is a lapdog who spews whatever propaganda his owners want and continually sends hundreds of millions of our taxpayer dollars abroad so he can think he's important.
As a Canadian, I care not about being viewed as a powerful nation politically or militarily. I'd rather be a peaceful nation that is respected as such. Harper, like many of his predecessors, is allowing us to be raped by the global banking cartels and has blown up the biggest housing bubble currently in the developed world. When it pops, the Canadian economy will unravel and people will get hurt. Then Harper will get to initiate his "bail in" provision that was placed into legislation last year and rape us again. But at least he gets to keep his Bilderberg membership current.
