Can't believe You people haven't figured it out yet, Tattoo's are a great way to hide synthol scar tissue build up! Flex wheeler, lee Priest.  If you look past their tats, you will see a whole meaning of scar tissue..  Great example is essa obiad, those aren't vascularity in his lats and shoulder, those are scar tissue, he is very black so its not that apparent compared to priest and piana
