Student Activists March on and Occupy Whitehouse
« on: March 03, 2014, 02:55:38 AM »
Occupy Love

Yesterday, thousands of students from over 200 universities across the USA handcuffed themselves to the Whitehouse Gates. Hundreds of students were arrested for participating in non-violent civil disobedience sit-in.

This protest has been the largest youth civil disobedience event at the Whitehouse in over a generation.

I'm glad these idiots can get together over such an important issue... Glad they didn't waste this on something insignificant  ::)

Are they drunk, why are they sprawled out on the ground?  I myself was once an idealistic college student.  But, once you graduate, and start paying taxes (you know, not being on some student welfare program, living in shared houses etc.) and are not in a University setting with intelligent people, you realize that most of those stupid ideas were pipe dreams.  These kids seem to be protesting an oil pipeline from Canada, that will undoubtedly provide jobs for people.  Instead of flopping around on the ground like a bunch of dead fish, or waving protest banners, why don't these kids work on some sort of alternative fuel project?
