I have stated many times .. look at the pro bodybuilders as soon as they enter the circuit and come in shape... that is their peak ... the longer they compete the worse they will look. Simple as that. Age and drug abuse = shittier and shittier shape.

But not for everyone. Kai and Phil still seem to make gains and look crazier at every show they enter. Wonder when their receptors are going to shut down?

Same for Coleman, who peaked very late around the age of 40.

Probably overdid Duiretics. He just looks depleted. I reckon a few days of eating up and relaxing and he'd be completely different and back to 2012.

you obviously don't have a trained eye for symetry, conditioning and the overall package that makes a bodybuider a bodybuilder. So we talk two different things. Buth Phil and Kai looked their best in their first 2 showings .. the rest was all downhill

Best showing in 93' ~ phenomenal and unmatched in conditioning AND symmetry.


He was still good after that, but not "that" good ~

Exactly, they hit their peak young and early in 90% of the cases then it's a downhill slide

He looks flat in the last two...especially in the thighs.  Mis-timed carb up or diuretic issues.  I think he's using Oscar Arden for prep now and if memory serves correct he brought Kai in very flat for a couple shows before they got it semi-worked out.  Of course Kai went to Farah and has looked a little better since, but that could just be access to better drugs as well.
