Using common sense and rationale, I come to the conclusion that he killed her in a fit of rage.

If anyone is sleeping with his GF in bed and hears a noise in the bathroom and your GF is not in bed, you would be insane to not think she's taking a leak and blast the door with bullets and not think for second about her whereabouts....it's the weakest and poorest attempt at an alibi I ever come across.

but he will walk because he has too much sway and money for them to convict

so many holes in his story like

- security heard gunshots- they phoned him he said all was ok
- he then phoned his family for about 15 minutes
- he then phoned his lawyer
- he then waited for lawyer and family to arrive
- he then called police

also what kind of 'burglar' breaks in- then locks themselves in the bathroom for a dump?

you've got more chance of usain bolt failing a drugs test than pistorius getting a guilty.

Classic meltdown, killed her in a fit of rage. They probably fought, she probably made fun of him being only half a man, and this was all it took. He attempted to reclaim his masculinity in a fit of rage and gunfire. GUILTY!

Oscar reminds me of the typical American Gun Nutter, obsessed with guns and eternally afraid and fearful, this is the only other explanation, his paranoid fear spiralled out of control and it overtook his common sense and reason. And what do gun nutters do when they feel fear? They grab their guns and start shooting.

He also conveniently forgot his password to his iPhone, the prosecution has had to get Apple on board to access his phone history. It will be interesting to see what they have gotten from the phone, possibly hostile text messages between the couple.

Another one of those things that "just does not make sense" in the real world. And it won't.

People will never understand these murders because they don't understand mind-control.

His body did the crime but he has no recollection because another personality was triggered. It was a ritualistic murder like most of the publicized cases full of hidden symbolism. But in effect he IS guilty because on some level he did agree with it. We always have an option but for some programmed people they are just so out of it.

I said it before, if people would know the whole truth it would be so out of their ability to grasp that they would simply refuse it. And they do refuse it.

You were programmed to say that. And it makes perfect sense, man flies into a rage and kills partner and lies to cover it up. This behaviour is as old as man himself. You ever considered Oscar is lying, it wouldn't be the first time a cold blooded killer lied to avoid prosecution.
