Dj....please stop talking about your pecs......I'm looking right at your most recent pic and your pecs are not standing out.  I see a big gap that you didnt have when you were younger actually

agreed, but those pics are from when i was still training at home and doing push-ups and such and as i said above, my shoulder is finally back to 100% capacity which is allowing me to go all out on my bench work and hence the reason why the pecs are coming back into full effect ;)

my girlfriend (yeah i actually got one believe it on not) told me that her friends were commenting on how much wider i've gotten over these past few weeks

fuck it! maybe i'll take some pics in one of my kinda tight long sleeve shirts and then you can see my increased shoulder width and thickened pecs (yeah you can seee the pec outline in this long sleeve shirt ;))

that way it makes your arms stand out while making it look like you dont necessarily did this intentionally, when the arm is down the sleeve is also more down and loose, it just creeps up on the gunz as you bend your arm to hold your drink, not your folt that yor arms is too big ;)

after all you are not wearing a tight t shirt like the typical gymnasium warriors

it also hides the gut and lack of pectoral thickness

once i hit 165-170 @ 6% tanned and shaved then i'll send them out

at the moment i'm a buck 70 but not a dry 6% more like a water ballon bloated waisted toad LOL

the key for me is not to "over-diet" and to take it nice a slow-like and to keep the training poundages strong and high 8) i punched out 7 reps with the 80 pounders on the dumbell incline and i plan to hit 5-7 reps with the 100-110 pounders right quick-like

right now i'm on the see-food diet and i'm getting in a good 4 grand per day

in order for you to really explode in size, your going to need to make dramatic strength gains. taking your dumbell bench from 110 for 5 reps to 120 for 5 reps is not going to cut it.
In 6 weeks my incline bench went from 275 for 5 reps, to 315 for 6 reps. That resulted in about 3-5 pounds of lean tissue on my frame.  I'd say 3...hardly noticable.
your trying to add 15 pounds of muscle and lean out at the same time ::)

Do you see where Im going? your moving at a snail's pace.

You mean while maintaining the same BF %? Yes, no BF will be added..

The sodium/carbs and Dbol will just bloat you up severely. In my sport powerlifting people use this technique all the time. An extra few pounds of water weight increases strength by way of improved leverages.

Granted you'd want to be on the Dbol for more than 1 day...That was just a joke but, not really...More like run it for a couple weeks at 50mg a day...Then simultaneously up your Test and pop 200mg and bloat up like a pig, and be strong as hell..
