For example on the 4:35 Mark , dumbell Rows, he goes down on every movement during his set
, yet at the last rep, he feels the need to go up and not bring the weight down again for a negative, he simply drops it from armpit level , if he brought the weight down normally like he did ever rep it would only be an inch off the ground
oh wait , thats not HARDCORE and Wont build muscles
