I swim 2km three times a week in addition to 3-4 times gym. The rest is sitting on a chair like a monkey programming/simulating/doing math & science stuff.

Bodyfat levels are more related to the diet, keep it strict and clean year round and never get into the permabulking trap of "oh, I'm looking swoll today, maybe a few more pounds won't hurt".

Once you've had your bodyfat levels in the single digits and maintained that for a while, 10% is pretty much a breeze.

The key for me is this: I have NEVER over-eaten or left the table feeling "full" ~ EVER!

Working out is necessary, but not as often as some would like you to believe.

High Protein is not necessary either.

Neither is cardio. For health? Yes. To maintain low levels of bodyfat? No.

Carbs, no Carbs, doesn't matter in my case. In looking at the staples of my diet I guess you would call it a low carb diet, but it's really not done deliberately. The foods that I prefer just don't have that many carbs in them I guess.

So what am I suppose to say when my plus sized girl friend wakes me up to a stack of pancakes? Disappoint her and say "No, sorry, I'm trying to stay lean"....

Fuck that, no sir...

Get down to 7-8% and then eat clean at maintenance calories Monday through Friday, loosen up on the weekends, and train with decent intensity 3 days a week.  You're not gonna grow, but you shouldn't go over 10%.

Or you could cycle 8-12 on 4-6 off, 4-6iu hgh per day, eat 500 calories above maintenance, train hard 4 days per week, and eat a good dirty meal Wednesday,  Saturday, and Sunday. Then you'll stay under 10% and make some solid gains.

10% by bodybuilding standards is nothing extraordinary. I don't think any bodybuilders should ever get over 10%. Should always be single digits.

Last night I ate half a dozen humongous cinnamon rolls, a bag of sour candies, half a loaf of sourdough bread and that was just the food I was eating while I was making dinner after the gym. 10% body fat is fat...
