you know, train realy hard, do exactly what this guy does, ask him about his diet, and do the same.

then, after a while, come back and tell us about the results.

there aren't many heavily juiced competitive bbers who could achieve those legs/separation...that's just the 1st thing that sticks out,,there's more...

I think his upper body mass is achievable naturally.  The leanness plus that size is not, unless his pics are highly edited.  They all have obviously been wrung through the "sharpness" filter at a minimum.

I won't even comment on the legs.
