I havent "trained" since I played sports.

He should start doing slab lifts from the wall, to train for stealing heavy flat screens

As long as you keep your mouth shut and let the guy train he should be okay but anytime you try to give routine instructions they always end up losing.

I was a linebacker in high school and transitioned to defensive end when I played in college for a bit.

and no, it wasn't a huge school, no I didnt win the Heisman, and no I didnt miss being a draft pick due to injury or any other nonsense.

I was decent, not great, but I will say that my life did revolve around it for many years.

So Congo is fighting for the title in Bellator?  Just goes to show you the difference in talent between them and the UFC. Congo was getting lit up like a christmas tree before he left.

Fighters have had it with UFC. Most are migrating to Bellator.
