You want to keep your kidneys healthy? Drink lots of water and control your blood pressure. High BP is what can damage your kidneys...
If you have some extra money eat organic and stay away from processed foods. It has been proven that bioaccumulation of chemical contained in foods can lead to cancer, diabetes, genetic mutation...

High blood pressure and dehydration is what knocks off bodybuilder kidneys.

If you're kidneys are healthy it is impossible to consume enough protein to damage them.

Just don't stay at extremely low bf for too long like a dipshit would. Also, don't run a high protein no-carb low cal diet year around like a dipshit would. Dont stay in a perpetual calorie deficit like a dipshit would. Drop the protein a bit and replace with more carbs and fats.

Basically, just don't be a dipshit and you should be ok.

Yes, this is the primary cause. Probably what took galeneiko down. Bioaccumulation of the trillions of chemicals they put in our food can be taken care of with a liver cleanse. Avoid fluoridated water (it binds to iodine receptors on the thyroid blocking iodine uptake) and there are few things that are better for your kidney than nettle leaf/root. It strengthens the tubules and vessels within the kidneys.

Wrong.

How do you know this?

I drink close to two gallons of water a day for decades and have taken orals maybe 4 cycles ever. It's been 15 years since I touched an oral steroid. I rarely used NSAIDS and never longer than five days at a time, usually just three days. My blood pressure is normal but tends on the low side. But decades of force feeding protein has effected my kidneys and my GFR is borderline. Is was below 60 at one point but cutting back to 120gms of protein a day has caused an improvement. All this has been confirmed by a doctor.

BTW, I have also had to cut back on my water intake. The more water you drink the more your kidneys have to work. You can over do anything.
