So the primaries were yesterday in Texas, and the results are up...and are very telling. I looked into the results data on Politico(a left-leaning site, but they have detailed election data), and using the vote totals by county for Senator, found that virtually the entire state is solidly republican.
The interesting part is that, with a very few exceptions, all the counties that went democrat were along the mexican border, or close to it. And these counties didnt just vote democrat, they did so by an astonishing margin.
The vast majority of all the counties in Texas voted solidly republican, yet ALL the counties bordering mexico voted democrat by a ratio of at least 10 to 1, with some nearing or exceeding 100 to 1 ratios.
Some of these counties are listed below:
Dimmit county- 68 to 1 for democrat
Webb county- 22 to 1 democrat
Maverick county- 52 to 1 democrat
Presidio county- 48 to 1 democrat
Le Salle county- 93 to 1 democrat
Jim Hogg county - 150 to 1 democrat
These are just some examples. These ratios are astounding, to the point of being highly suspect, and contrast immensely with the rest of the state. They are all on, or very close to, the mexican border.
Can anyone really deny that the united states- much less texas- is being invaded and gradually occupied by mexico? The future of the united states is being decided right before our eyes and our government greets it with yawns.
