So, terminally ill people, which by the way doesn't mean just alive and breathing, a new born infant is alive and breathing and not terminally ill. Terminally Ill means a human being suffering from a disease that cannot be cured or adequately treated and that is reasonably expected to result in the death of the patient within a short period of time. Terminally ill people often suffer from intractable pain, pain that is near impossible to medicate away, such drugs as marijuana, which is a non lethal drug, offers some relief to these people and may even prolong their life by boosting their morale and therefore their will.
