Shrimp is a great food. One of the few seafoods I like to eat personally.Per a 3 oz. raw serving you get 90 cal. .5 grams of carbs,1.5 grams of fat & 17.3 grams of protein.Make it 8 oz. serving & just an excellent food.Throw it in your rice as well.Or also dip them in a tartar sauce.Damn i'm getting hungry again!!!

High Cholesterol

Who worries about that besides old people?

I read that Dexter Jackson often eats shrimp as a protein source.   You have to be aware of how the shrimp is cooked also.  At restaurants they'll cook it in a lot of fattening oil for the most part.

It is the good cholesterol from what I've heard. Ya know the kind that helps lower the bad. Just thought I'd add.
