And the same thing could be said about Ronnie as well minus the injuries. Nobody will argue that Ronnie has superior genetics compared to Yates. This is evident in the way he had to train to be #1. If Ronnie trained like Yates he too would probably have injuries. But he doesnt have to due to superior genetics
I would argue the exact opposite: body taper, muscle shape, vascularity and amount of visible striations are all areas that are largely genetically pre-determined in that you can only go so far as to change them. And these are all areas that ronnie takes dorian on.
I don't really think Dorian had great genetics for bodybuilding. But that didn't stop him from maximizing his potential. Hell, I don't think ronnie had great genetics either (check out the abs) but he had better genetics than Dorian did.
A bodybuilder that had great "natural genetics" would have been someone like Haney or Flex: great muscle shape, taper, lines etc etc.
