I know what Taka looks like.  Great natty physique.  Good arms.  But I've not seen 19" arms on anyone pushing at least 200 VERY lean pounds ... unless, of course, they're like 5'1" or so.  Kyomu is taller than that :D

i did pressing after raises, i usually do pressing first

and i added wide grip upright rows

Own of John Meadows exercises. First one that has gotten my delts sore in years, and delts are prob my best part.

PS I use 7lb dumbells on them  :D

Huh, mayhap my 6-way is a bunch of different movements. Mine were lateral raises, front lat raises, bent over lat raises, upright rows, militaries and then arnolds. All in a row, 5 of each. What you?

All seated: lateral raise, do a pec fly to move the dumbells in front of you, then a front raise all the way up, then front raise down, do a rear delt fly to bring dumbells back to neutral, then lateral raise down.
