i'm lucky if I get 4 training days in a week.
lately it's been 40mins of back on Monday.. 30mins of chest on Tuesday.. 30mins of arms on Wednesday and maybe 15mins of delts on Thursday.
i'm in the gym 12hours a day 5 days a week.
you don't get that "my day is done, i'm gonna go to the gym and train" feeling.. like as soon as you pull into the parking lot, you're in that 'zone', you get desensitized to it.
I'd much rather stay home or in an office all day and day-trade, and hit the gym at the end of the day.
