Only supps I take or vits and minerals, some aminos, and a meal replacement for breakfast.
IMO Most supplements are scams anyways.

seriously tho, i been lifting since i was 11 yo, and i have no delusions of ever being the biggest dude in the gym.

Did a short cycle of test and deca at 24... did not get anywhere/wasnt consistent/partied too much.

started on HRT @ late 28 and added in some  tren/mast at different times in the 8ish months since ive started it.
