I'm speculating here but it seems like if the plane were to be used as a weapon, and I'm not saying it is going to be; the best method for maximum destruction would be to take the airplane to as high an elevation as possible and then point it straight down or at an angle.
The maximum take off weight is 545,000 lbs.
Subtract the empty operating  weight of 297,000 lbs.
31,000 gallons of fuel weigh 210,800 lbs.
A fully fueled Boeing 777 can lift 38,900 lbs. (military press or bench?)
So 19.45 tons of what ever, 6,000 miles.

The USA is trying to build "proof" that North Korea did this as a way to start a new war.

Interesting story graphics from the Pol (ask if you don't know how to view full sized).

A picture exists of this guy wearing a shirt showing "Democracy is Dead", and that, along with his support of a recently jailed political figure in his country, is causing him to be focused on more than ever:

Seems a likely suspect, but what's his end game?

I'd like to know more, but wearing a t-shirt and getting angry about someone being jailed doesn't do it for me. The fact that he also happened to be the pilot on a missing jet makes the hub-bub understandable, though.

So "Democracy is Dead" appears to be a common slogan linked to widespread opposition in Malaysia. In itself, there's nothing spectacular about this guy wearing that very common shirt or getting angry about the jailing of a popular person in that movement. Lots of non-threatening, sane people were/are doing the same thing there. It's only because he was the pilot, that might make it interesting.

I'd like to know what most resists the idea of it flying through its fuel before going into remote water. Of course there is a great argument against that, but what is it?

I read another theory that maybe he "shadowed" another 777 so that he wouldn't be detected by radar crossing countries airspace.

Did Malaysian Airlines 370 disappear using SIA68 (another 777)?

I'd like to know more about the relationship the pilot had with the person who'd been jailed, too.

Prototype Weider Mineral Water? Guaranteed to give your daily allowance of vitamins and minerals, and help to stave off going catabolic? It's been said that this has been undergoing secret testing for years. And that it would revolutize Water as we know it.

Yeah I remember this. Do you know if anyone's argued against it in any way as an idea?
