Author Topic: Any update on Arce? (Read 3890 times)

If you see the movie "Take the money and run", you will witness a sad attempt by Woody Allen to rob a bank in which he gives a bank teller a note that reads, "Place $50,000 in this bag and ABT naturally, I am holding a GUB at you".

To make a long story short, the teller reads the note and can't make it out what it says, so he tells Allen to go to the branch manager. The branch manager tries to read the note, but also has problems. The manager then has it inspected by a larger group of people and they narrow it down to the guy having shitty handwriting, while trying to rob a bank.

Everyone who reads it gets down to the same question, which was: "what's a gub?"...

What happened to him a nervous breakdown or something we never got the whole story other than financial problems, there are computers every where apparently he had one at once. You used to post alot.

I never asked him exactly whats going on, but he needed and seeked help. So I helped, his a very nice guy, if I lived in LA I would make sure that his looked after, we all have ups and downs, I think he had kidney issues, followed by some financial issues, I can only do so much from where I am. Arce just went through bad luck, having health problems then will financial difficulties is stressful, Im not a Doctor so I cannot help him with his health but was glad I can help him with a few $$$. People did question whether if that was a good idea or not, but I believe in him.

I believe in Karma, when I did send him $$ my finances and business soared, so that's that.

I believe in helping people when there down, especially Steve. I rather help him then donate to world vision.
I suggested he read self help books and stay away from this site.

we all go through highs and lows, I guarantee if I needed money steve would give me what he could.
He does have a heart of gold, he picked me up from the airport when I was in LA last year, this shows how much of a class act he is. he refused to allow me to catch a taxi or shuttle bus. I know some of you guys in LA have reached out to him, trust me, it means a lot to him.
I only ask steve to please get a smartphone, if he doesn't get one soon, im going to get him one.

that was a good idea to tell him to stay away from getbig, it doesnt help his situation reading stupid shit from people that didnt donate a cent, cause its only those people that cry about that

Good one you, my regret is seeking help from getbig, that made the situation worse for him.
I come across as a dickhead on getbig but when it comes to helping someone I feel its necessary, it was easy to help him as I got to meet him.

online he does not type match, but steve will talk your ear off on just about any topic.
I pray for steve, not that he gets rich, but for strength and to have his health. I will be going to Miami in 3 weeks, I have a stop over in LAX for a few hours, I will ask if he can come by and we can chat and catchup while I wait for the connecting flight.
Not sure if he has a car, but I will get him to get a cab, I will be in LA for a week in October or November and will catch up and even hit the golf course, this guy know everything about every sport. Other LA based getbiggers welcome to join and have the pleasure to meet me. even Miss Armenia.

I think Arce is 43 or 44. he looks 30 though.
