Recently, a number of members have stopped posting on our site. The resounding theme between them is that Shizzo is "destroying the site". Because of which, they have decided to stop posting until he leaves or is removed.
Personally, I don't care if Shizzo stays or if he goes. That said, my opinion is not part of this vote.
Shizzo suggested (HE BROUGHT THIS UP) that if GetBig truly wants him to leave, that we should create a poll. If the poll reaches a set number of votes for him to leave, then he will leave on his own.
I know what some of you are thinking, "we tried this before and he became a coward the last minute and decided to not leave because he deemed certain votes to come from gimmicks and/or fake accounts of some sort or he added stupid speculations to the voting process".
Because of which, I have set the rules as such...
There will be a 3 day period (72 hours) to vote for Shizzo's departure.
The poll will not serve as a YES (Go) versus NO (Stay) compilation, it will instead simply be a vote off that will take place if 50-votes for him to leave are attained within 3 days.
In order to vote, you must either have more than 1,000 posts on this site OR have been on this site for at least 2 years.
The obvious question, "What if we vote him off and he simply stays?".
If he doesn't honor his agreement to this, I will comply as a moderator. I will simply erase every single post/thread he makes on this forum, furthermore rendering him useless on the forum.
I think this is as fair as it can get. He suggested the vote-off and since he hasn't broken any direct rules, I am giving this idea a fair shot. The rules have been established by me. There is no backpedaling. If he tries to weasel out of this arrangement, I will simply make it my job to nuke everything he has going on this forum. If he doesn't get 50 votes to leave, he will stay and you will have to deal with him. Fair is fair...

No member can vote twice.
No member will vote NO, because this is to see if we can actually reach a vote-off. This is not to argue whether he should stay.

Don't criticize me for this, as it is not my idea. Shizzo brought it up and I believe it is fair.

Any "NO" votes will be removed. If you don't want Shizzo to go, simply do not vote at all and that will count as your "NO" vote..
Any arguments against the idea, voting or Shizzo's vote-off will be removed.
This is simply a POLL. You either qualify to vote or you don't. In essence, all that should exist within this thread are "YES" votes. If 50 are reached in 3 days, he leaves. If we don't get 50 "YES" votes, he stays. Simple as that.
