Remember that out of the 10 votes still pending, 5 of which are guys that left just because of him and will return to put in their vote.

When Ron and I have over 10-15 veteran members saying he has spoiled the site for them and they are no longer going to post because of him, we investigate these things. That and he decided to purposely & continuously fuck with the voting process after he agreed to said terms. That's not cool.

He will take a break in Time Out and we will determine whether he should return at all. This won't be a 2-week break either. We are looking at months.

No member or groups of members asked for someone to be banned from this board. So, there are no wimps that you can point out.

He simply asked for something and I obliged with the single caveat that the rules be of my making.

That said, 43 "YES" votes are in. For integrity purposes, this thread stands until it's due date.
