It did get infected b/c of the gear (or Synthol) he was pinning in his bis. Unlike this guy, Valentino had a decent build before he went off the deep end.
FWIW, Valentino told me to my face that he didn't put oil in his arms. He said the size was from injecting regular gear directly into his biceps.
Yeah I've heard him say that before, its just hard to believe... Oil in which gear is suspended won't stick around long enough to deform your arms like it did his. His arms were misshapen, no horseshoe triceps, biceps looked like oil bags. Frankly, I don't care if he did or didn't inject other oils, but he has said he'd drop needles and still jab with them which lead to infections. He also said he got a hematoma in his biceps after being hit with a baseball bat.
But you're right, he had a sick build before he went cuckoo for cocoa puffs.
