Does anybody know if the shit these guys injects needs to be constantly replenished? Or does it have to be removed at some point?
The weird thing is that, such is the ignorance of the "general population", a lot of people would think that it's actual muscle tissue that these ill fucks carry. People who don't really know much about this kind of thing could not even contemplate the idea that somebody would inject oil into their arms to make them appear bigger. I bet most people think it's the result of steroids and thousands of reps of biceps curls.
