Old mattress & urine stained mattress pad dumped on the side of the road

I went for a long walk and saw a mattress & mattress pad laying on the side of the road. It was a nice area too; Suburbs/Rural area.

I will never understand littering. It just makes everything look dirty and trashy.

Maybe they thought it was large article trash collection day?  Or a pissed off poor person carrying their problems to the affluent areas.
