Increased hunger is good, that's a sign that you're growing.
8 pounds in 4 weeks is too much though, that's definitely bloof. Reducing carbs, sodium, and dairy/gluten will help. However, the problem is most likely estrogen related.
To this end, you may need to fiddle with your dose. Estrogen conversion does not occur on a linear basis... someone might be in the sweet spot at 100-200mg, but 250 will cause high estrogen levels for them. Also, upping the injection frequency could help. Shooting your dose in one weekly shot will cause a large spike in test levels, leading to higher estrogen conversions. You may want to try using an insulin needle to shoot .25ml eod, for example.
All this is strictly conjecture without bloodwork, so you may wish to schedule that in another 1-2 weeks, when your test levels have stabilized, so that you can KNOW what the issue is.
I already planned in doing base hormone bloodwork at week 6, so we're on the same page. I am concerned about E2, so I started taking .25mg adex EOD. Will dial that in when I get my E2 in a couple of weeks.
Don't really eat dairy (rarely some cheese), and the only salt is what I put into stuff, which is minimal.
I really would like to avoid more frequent injections, as I am still a bit disbelieving that I am doing it EW. If T spikes are an issue, then twice a week might be a thing, but the fucking glute PIP...
