Got called out for my lunch

Eating a tuna/egg salad (+lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, avocado, crab). NO DRESSING.

Fat slob at my table calls me out for not having a dressing (he's got a disgusting kebab drenched in sauce with fries sideorder). I told him that I'm cutting and that I don't want to look like a fat slob during the summer. He got all red in his plump face and resumed eating.

Won't take shit from 25% fat slobs.

Yeah, but my hate was valid, I live by the bro diet and currently study at a university. This means that I get called out by fat/skinnyfat pseudointellectual slobs of peace every few days during lunch.

There is nothing more frustrating than fat and/or skinny fools making remarks about your eating habits at lunch time. I remember for a long time I would eat the same lunch every day of lean meat, veggies/fruit etc just because it fit my goals at the time. People would always make remarks like "how are you so disciplined? How can eat like that all the time? Live a little". I never really paid much attention to it, usually just nodded and made eye contact with them, until they submissively looked down.

When I was fat, I hated myself. Ive noticed most obese people turn their self loathing out on others and just generally project a disgruntled and irritating attitude on everyone that isnt fat, slow, and annoying.

seriously, I couldnt stand myself when I was fat. I think thats why most fatties are such rude dicks, they havent figured out that they hate themselves... instead of thinking they hate the rest of the world for no reason.

Had one of those as of late. Ate 2 cans on tuna  with 6 onches of oatmeal that stand for 5 min in milk. ''How can u eat that a dude'' eating fries hamburgers, double dressing etc says. I'm a little disappointed that you didn't punch him in the face, or at least berate him until he cried, but I do understand that you may have had bigger things on your mind at the moment.
