It's not so much of annoying phrases as it's just bad grammar or shitty pronunciation, but I can't stand:
*Where's it/she/he AT?
*Such and such's pussy was MORE tighter, the exam was MORE harder than the last one (etc.)
*Twelve noon/midnight
*Common AP claptrap like, "The President TODAY signed an armistice," "Congress YESTERDAY had a big circle-jerk" (and so on)
*(quoting you a price at a cash register) "That'll be twelve dollars and forty-two CENT." Similarly -- and bodybuilding-related -- anything like, "He's less than six FOOT tall, so he's a midget"

*Confusion over how to use their/there/they're, your/you're and then/than
*Yankee-types who say "Star TRACK"
*Misusing I/me. "These pics show my mom and I." BZZZT, wrong.
*Adding a t near the end of biceps and triceps
*Calling the pecs "pectorials"
*"I am not autism."
