So which one of you trains at "Physqiqur Warehouse Gym" South London?

Because a guy at my gym today told me about his friend there whos a 260lbs cage fighter. Ex special forces who benches 550lbs for 8 reps without a spot! Oh and hes got a tiger tattoo on his chest!  ::)

Probably 92% body fat. And I'd rather stab my own scrotum before going to South London.

I would nt go that far but im putting on mass and then im gonna burn the fat. Planning a cage fight for about October soon, so ill put the vid up of the fight as I put my opponent into a cocoon of horror

The guy at your gym was obviously chatting shit.

Never been to Physique Warehouse Gym either. The only "hardcore" UK gyms I've been to were:

Muscle FX in Croydon
Reflextions in Dartford (Terry Hollands trains here)
Metroflex in Sydenham
Muscle Works in Bethnal Green

Prefer commercial gyms to be honest. :D

A mate of mine (boxer) used to go Monster. He knew Derek Chisora before Chisora turned pro. Sparred with him a few times.
