I train there for a couple of sessions once a year, when I am at a conference in London and it is the most ghetto gym i've been too lol

Yeah, thats why I usually avoid these "hardcore" gyms. Some cool guys there but also plenty of little wannabe thugs. Metroflex in Sydenham was pretty bad for this.
I'm currently training in Nuffield near Croydon. Commercial gym but too expensive to attract little hoodlums.
 

I've met Danny Williams, Jimi Manuwa & Richard Blackwood (remember him?) at Nuffield though.

Doesnt matter where i train, I just go in , pay my money and train, keep myself to myself and dont loiter at the counter (the source of all lifes problems    )
