hey,
I'm currently trying out the mike mentzer HIT routine, i've read some of his diet literature and he recomends increasing calorie intake by very little. an eg. of 16 calories above the base requirement.
Although i think the training routine makes perfect sense, the diet seems a bit strange... it may just be me not getting past the whole 5000+ calorie diets that pop up everywhere. any opinions or thoughts on this?
