This is generation nothingness. They see someone fall in front of a train and they record it on camera.

They use social media to make and meet friends.

They communicate only electronically.

That's not life. That is sanitized life, life without the reality of fucking up, shit things happening or being unhappy yourself.

It's just a life you pretend to live and broadcast to people who mean nothing to you.

He was bitter, we all are in a way.

Media has raised us and cursed us with idealised visions of the way our future should be. We are all the heroes in the cinema of our own minds, able to achieve and obtain anything we want with hard work and perseverance and all the talent and potential in the world.

Then reality hits you like a crushing wave; like, you don't have the right genetics, or you're a little bit weird so girls don't like you, or you have some strange fucking disease, or you're a morbidly depressed, unstable, borderline, compulsive drug addict (alright now i'm projecting).

In the end it's about acceptance, not torturing yourself by dragging your scarred and decrepit mind over the jagged shards of your dreams. Because the amount of pain and resentment you can experience in this life is unlimited, and if you're willing to hold open that door for yourself (believe me) the universe will kick you right through it. The downward spiral is.....endless.
