I think it is, Gustavo's arms and delts don't seem that big in real life, check out this real life

they were asked if that was photoshopped. They denied it. It's pretty obvious the man on that cover has never stepped onstage.

It certainly seems that way. Of course for a cover shoot they probably have perfect lighting, makeup etc. Plus they def. airbrushed the man on the cover to death. But hey, you gotta slang those mags to make the coin.

ALL major magazine covers are photo-shopped to an extent, sometimes more than just an extent. It is standard practice. Blemishes are taken out; small amounts of size can be added or removed “a model’s leg may be trimmed down slightly to make it look slimmer”. Color can be darkened or lightened. Anything to make the person on the cover look as absolutely perfect as possible.

His head is the same size as his left delt on the cover! Then his delt is only about 50 percent his head's size in the 2nd photo. It's been altered, no doubt.

its a different angle in the mag pick hes sitting showing his whole delt. in the second pic where you say his delt is only 50% of his heads size is cuz only 50% of the delt is showing. yes im sure the pic has been altered to perfect it but not make him bigger than he is, just clear up hair or something.

the angle and the high contrast makes it look bigger - plus your usual clean up.

I believe it's real.

It was likely taken a few days after the mr O when he would have gained a lot of weight from eating a lot and the rebound from diuretics. The body sucks up like crazy on these big guys after a show.

He still looks pretty cut because of the lighting. On stage he would look very smooth in that condition...
