Big difference. I wonder if he was just using better drugs or what. I still prefer keto because it's difficult for me to keep going in and out of it. Once I'm in it's easier just to stay in as long as possible.

I've done both, more than a few times.

As his photos show, carb cycling is far superior for trainers like us.

You cannot train effectively on very low/no carbs... even on roids, it's not possible for long periods of time.  You'll still be flat.

If you are a huge fattie, don't really care about muscle size/conditioning and desperately need to dump fat, Keto is probably the best way to go.

Whatever he did with his keto something was not right .. if you are still that fat after 16 weeks. Saying "no carbs" means keto but there are more particularities to dieting without carbs then just not eating carbs. I wonder if he could detail what he ate for those 16 weeks.

Keto diets are crap for athletes, and unnecessary for bbers.

But some people can't handle insulin spikes from a few carbs  ::) Hunger pains too strong... lack of willpower more than anything.

Same here. I found going no carbs and eating fats energy is stable and appetite is under control no mad cravings. When carb cycling I always had fries and cakes at the back of my mind. I actually enjoy eating jerk chicken and lettuce now with grated cheese from Wrap It up

why not use both in the same diet?

4 days keto. one big meal w carbs fats and proteins on 5th day before bed. fast 6th day. restart keto 7th day and repeat.

agree. I think keto is more 'instant gratification', but seems like guys that diet with carbs always wind up looking better... ive seen so many peoples pics after keto where they look tiny and stringy, even after carbing up.

This is all anecdotal... but my experiences I keep strengrh better, mood is more stable, and ik generally able to be mote consistent with a more balanced diet than an ultra-protein heavy diet.

Just seems very suspect. It's like he was natural for the keto diet but geared up for the carb cycling diet.

I agree with what someone said earlier, keto is instant gratification and is best for an obese person to get to reasonable level then play around the diet.

He is fat in both before pics, what the fuck is he doing. Dirty bulking?

And yeah, ridiculous to post differently lighted shots. And water level could affect the look too.

He went off and returned to his natural fatzo state, because thats what his genes are telling his body to look like, he then went back on and posted about diets on the internet
