Why are there cops just casually standing around in the background? Why haven't they grounded this dangerous individual and restrained him? Removed his teeth with a pliers perhaps? There is one thing I absolutely cannot stand and is inexcusable - harm being inflicted on completely innocent and defenceless victims (children, animals, mentally disabled people etc)
