I hate to admit it, but Dante's training methodology got me strong as fuck. But lifting heavy weights for a month or so, then scaling it back, then lifting heavy again is the way to go. Heavy weights, focus on eccentric lifts too and make sure you're lifting progressively heavier than the last workout.

Day 1: Squats, Bench (lighter assistance work where needed (e.g. lats, upper and lower back, abs, hamstrings)
Day 2: Deadlift, Press (lighter assistance work where needed (e.g. lats, upper and lower back, abs, hamstrings)

Repeat as necessary. If you want to incorporate power/dynamic work, use power cleans (or another OLY lift variation) and/or jumps (e.g. box, depth, long)

PHAT

Everything hit twice a week, two powerlifting days and three hypertrophy days. Some speed work too.

Best thing I've done

British Dragon stuff is shit
from looking at you, everything you ever took is shit, so youre not one to judge.

he was making a point and hes right, halotestin is the most epic drug for strenght gains.

if one doesnt want to gain 30lbs of water bloof.

infact, you look like a guinea pig for the medical pharm companies who get paid to try new stuff on, there was a case where someone from uk got a deformed head fom sides of new product, reminds me of you.

hope this helps
