no you must seek a visum atleast 5weeks before at the norh korean ambassy. If you are hired in the military of a journalist its a littld chance you will get one and if you dont going to travel with the travelcompanies that are arranging touristtravels to the best korea its alittle chance to.

North korea would be really cool to visit, their is no place like that. Saw a documentary 2 tourist had done, at the restaurant in the hotel their where ton of food and meat and all the tables where served but they where the only ones that stayed at that hotel, day aftrr it was the same thing all that to give the impression that there are no food shortage in north korea
