not turning this into a lee vs. Ronnie thread, but when I think about "perfect arms" I immediately think of this pic:

pretty much perfect.

Lee Priest, Ronnie and Betil not Bertil Fox all had crazy arms.

principles of lee's arm mass ;

1. bein short means all his mass is compressed ... take any mediocre bodybuilder at 5ft 10" and stick him in a compactor and he'll come out like lee .. all short and spillin out everywhere like a burst matress.

2. due to his unique cheat trainin method .... when he trains his arms , centrifugal force pulls mass out of his pecs and into his delt and bicep/tricep area. hence his '8 pack' and no pecs!

lee's heavier than 200 contest weight. also stop saying he has no chest. he does have a very good chest it's just a short chest and his stomach is very long. he doesn't have the long arnold chest that hangs down. Lee's a monster. he can do tons and tons of sets for chest and then bar dips like no problem. How does Coleman have best arms? that's stupid. his biceps look strange, like a little ball on top. Lee's are a lot fuller. and coleman has huge triceps but they don't look good.

ronnie's tris lack too much. thats a nice picture of ronnie but the reality of it is that his arms as a whole do not compare to lee's. i think a better comparison would be biceps but i still like lee's better. ronnie's got a great split but i like lee's thickness (no not that thickness).
