BTW you can make yourself look bigger if you shrink your head!

My current weight of 225pounds natural was my goal and i achieved it at 5,11 lean.Juiced to the gills i would like to hit 300 pounds but i would have to useHGH,IGF,Insulin as i have hit 270 just using juice.

ive been training for around 5 years naturally. i think im finally at a size im comfortable at, and so ive been trying to cut down and get ripped. my goal is to be 243 lbs at 10% bodyfat. right im 259 lbs 15% bodyfat. but the thing is everytime i keep coming down in weight, i lose size, and then i go back to bulking to regain it, end up putting alittle more fat on, but alittle closer to becoming ripped. its like zig zagging. ive dieted about a year total to get down from 275 to 254.6, and after a week of eating normal (3 meals per day) ive gone back up to 259. btw i'm 6'3...

cool stuff, but tell me.. haven't you heard you supposed to eat 6xday even when dieting down? Just cut the carbs and eat lots of protein with cardio. just a suggestion

I'm pretty close to where I want to be, when I was natural my goal was to be 215, when I hit that I got bored and wanted more. I 'm 240-245 lean right now, maybe around 9-10% bf, though I find over time you stop worrying about size and focus more on proportions, symmetry, etc. bringing up weaker bodyparts. All in all I want go up another 15 lbs. or so, anything more I think would just be uncomfortable for day to day life, competing is a whole other issue. I'm 6"0 btw and have been training 6-7 years, started using gear on and off about 3 years ago.
