bodybuilding is a neverending game.....i think once you get to where you want you'll only want more...more of whatever so its hard to say. but im sure we all have relively the same look that we want to achieve! keep plugin away fellas!

I'm also 5'4''/5'5'', but I'm already 220 lbs.

I'll pretend I didn't read the good condition part. I start dieting later this month, reckon I need to get down to 180-185 lbs... it's scaring the shit out of me.

It's not just imaging, Photobucket is currently in the process of raping folks out of their money for a "Pro" account. You can't even move the shit you already have there.

They pulled a fast one about two weeks ago whereby you go to upload ONE stinking photo and they take your whole C drive. There was no oops on the "Ctrl" function or anything. It was to get you to exceed your bandwidth and then be forced to upgrade. Most folks just deleted GB's of material.

i always strive for bigger, but naturally i dont think it will change much although i always still want to keep myself in that illusion otherwise i dont know where to get the motivation from to still train. as long as normal people think im big im quite content with how i look, its also that when ur bigger you cant find nice clothes and or will look goofy in them and you sweat like crazy.

i always wanted to have wide delts and big chest and i think i did he good job in attaining that.

i like to have less fat cause that makes me look way more impressive without clothes.

I am satisfied where I am at... basically, because I do it safely.

I am 5'6 @ 10% bodyfat. Arms are 17" cold. I weigh 187lbs.

I am natural (these days)

I wouldn't mind taping out 18" arms (cold) @ 192 lbs. as long as my bodyfat is 10% or lower. I am NOT a clean eater. Never have been. I'm one of those guys with a fast metabolism that is not ever hungry enough to gag on 5 or 6 meals a day. That is my basic downfall.

I don't do aerobics or cardio either. Maybe some day, if I feel the need.
