music? Vids? Bigger Buddies? Conversations? Coffee? for me its all of em but before the gym my routine is usually come on here at getbig,have some coffee, talk about training with my buddies and listen to some of my fav music.

Nah I just try to remember bringing my training journal, chalk is there too. Once i left without the bag and had to train in jeans, felt like an idiot (if that happens too often ill end up in one of those threads about annoying people at the gym)  |

"Anygood?" The stuff has legs. One blast and you're ready to go for hours. If you snort it, your sinuses will protest, but the stuff hits hard. For a couple years, there was a guy who worked at a AM/PM gas & mini market out there and if you filled-up your tank and paid cash, he would throw in a free gram of Chicken Crank. |

I am in radio...I'm on a show in L.A. and we have been referenceing the 909's (Riverside's) amazing meth and the products of its power for years. It is like going into a different country driving from L.A. to Fontana or Riverside. Sweet...
